CORONAVIRUS

OUR COMMUNITY PULLS TOGETHER
For your protection the Village Hall is closed until further notice.

All planned events are forthwith cancelled,  including Yoga classes (Monday),  Whist Drives (Thursday) and our regular monthly coffee mornings.

The Film Night on Friday April 3rd is cancelled.

The 'Bee Gees' concert on April 17 has been postponed until October -  If you have reserved tickets for this event more details to follow shortly
We should remember those around us at this most difficult of times. Neighbours who may be lonely and without support,  families who may have a sufferer from Coronavirus amongst them,  forced to self isolate. Vulnerable residents who may live in fear of falling victim to this terrible disease.

If you need help, please ask.  If you know someone who needs help please tell us.
Most importantly, we need volunteers to reach out and support others.

Please spare a thought for your neighbour.  Give them a call.  Knock on the door.  See how they are.  Offer to help.

Pull together,  support each other and we will see this through and pick up our normal routine once more.
ASK FOR HELP
If you are in need of help please let us know.  Shopping,  collection of medications,  a few words to share your worries,  just click the button.
WATCH OVER OTHERS
Know someone who is isolated and could need help?  Just let us know and we will see what we can do.
MOST IMPORTANT - PLEASE VOLUNTEER
Please volunteer to help to support those in need. We are not asking anyone to put themselves in harm's way but simple,  safe measures can make a big difference.
Or for any of the above,  telephone our village helpline
