The Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) is in peril again.  If you're still willing to stand up for those who need the protections of the ACA, call or drop in to Tiberi's office as soon as you can!

Call Rep. Tiberi at 614-523-2555, 855-728-6412 or 202-225-5355.

Hi, my name is [NAME] and I’m a constituent from [CITY, ZIP]. My full address is _____________________.

I'm calling to oppose HR 1628, the American Health Care Act. The latest amendment to the bill strips away essential protections for people with preexisting conditions while doing nothing to fix the AHCA's original problems.

This is an important issue for me, and I will consider it when I vote.

Visit Tiberi's Office (you don't need an appointment and the staff are very friendly) at 250 E. Wilson Bridge Road, Suite 100, Worthington, Ohio 43085

The Indivisible Town Hall was a Huge Success!
Last weekend (4/23) OH3, 12, and 15 joined forces for a rocking Town Hall and Activist Fair. Sadly, Tiberi, Stivers and Portman were MIA. Nevertheless, we persisted!  About 400 constituents came together to ask the questions these Trump-enablers and apologists can not or will not answer. It was a packed house and a productive meeting. Many thanks to our speakers, volunteers and donors, and our partner organizations who took part in the Activist Fair.
Jorge Garcia spoke about life when he was undocumented, before he became a citizen. Town Hall attendees also heard about the Trump Effect on immigrants and learned how to be a good ally.
We care about our neighbors! Town Hall attendees collected food for the Our Lady of Guadaloupe Food Pantry.
Major General Dennis Laich answered questions about National Security. Also on the panel were Dr. Ruth Colker to address questions on Constitutional Law; Dr. Dan Skinner on healthcare, and Romin Iqbal from CAIR on immigration. Flat Pat had nothing to say for himself. His abysmal voting record speaks for itself.
At our Activist Fair, more than a dozen local progressive organizations taught activism skills and offered on-the-spot activist activities.
Our Chance to Kill Gerrymandering in Ohio is Now
The Fair Districts = Fair Elections' anti-gerrymandering/redistricting ballot initiative will begin its petition drive mid-May with a short window to collect a large number of signatures from every county in Ohio. All hands on deck!
We will be contacting subgroup leaders to make sure someone from every group takes on the responsibility of managing petition distribution. Folks not in a subgroup who want to be involved should go to a training (listed below) or visit the Fair Districts = Fair Elections website.

It's been 100 days, and we're laughing to stop from crying: 100 Days of Nonsense from the Simpsons.
What was your favorite 100 days meme?
Dina Maiorana and Ben Barnes from the Straight Outta C-Ville OH12 subgroup organized a Fair Districts gathering at the Upper Sandusky library. Dina trained with the Fair Districts speakers bureau (and brought along support people from her subgroup). She's available to give the presentation to any subgroup or meeting! The group is working to spread support for the redistricting petition drive and ballot initiative. Awesome work! Thank you!
Thanks for all you do!
