Altaire Pharmaceuticals, Inc., issued an Urgent Drug Recall regarding specific lots of their eye wash solution.

As a precautionary measure, the products are being recalled due to concerns regarding the sufficiency of Quality Assurance controls over critical systems in the manufacturing facility.

The recalled item may be found in medical kits supplied through the National Interagency Support Cache (NISC) system or by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
