The establishment of standard business practices in the use and management of FireNet across functional areas, IMTs, and Geographic Areas will strengthen the operating system, limit repetition and variations by IMTs, and create consistency for all users. This SOP includes Approved Positional Account Requests, Incident Shared Inboxes, and TEAMS Channels and folder structures.
Additionally, the Incident Planning Subcommittee (IPS) has created standards and a filing structure for electronic records (eDoc Box). The materials are available on the IPS webpage and built into each FireNet incident for immediate use by IMTs.
