NWCG Standards for Electronic Documentation  (eDOC), PMS 277
The NWCG Standards for Electronic Documentation (eDoc) establishes the standards for collection and retention of records on wildland fires. Incident Management Teams (IMTs) are required to maintain incident records and submit them to the host unit at the close of the incident.
During the incident, the official electronic documentation records will be kept in a folder called eDoc Box. The eDoc Box folder will contain all official records of the incident.

National Wildfire Coordinating Group
Our mission is to provide national leadership to enable interoperable wildland fire operations among federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial partners.  NWCG operations standards are interagency by design; they are developed with the intent of universal adoption by the member agencies.  However, the decision to adopt and utilize them is made independently by the individual member agencies and communicated through their respective directives systems.
