RDAMNC and Business NSW - Mobile Office Initiative - 
This collaborative initiative between RDAMNC and Business NSW gives the opportunity for locals to connect with Business NSW Regional Manager Kellon Beard and RDAMNC CEO Kerry Grace to discuss ideas and issues. So far our "Mobile Office" has been held in Urunga, Kempsey CBD, Nambucca Valley, Sawtell and Taree. They have been a great success, connecting with community to hear their ideas and hopes for the region. Mid North Coast Joint Organisation
RDAMNC was recently invited to join the Mid North Coast Joint Organisation as an associate member. The Mid North Coast Joint Organisation includes Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, Bellingen Shire Council and Kempsey Shire Council, the Mid North Coast. The purpose of the organisation is to strengthen regional collaboration and to work more closely with the NSW Government to deliver important projects on a regional scale. This is a great opportunity for closer connection across the region. Regional collaboration is key for the Mid North Coast region to be able to recover and build resilience.

North Coast NSW Employment Strategy and Action Plan

My Future Workforce has been designed to pivot the way employment works in the North Coast, and to truly identify and enable employment mechanisms that start with employers and work back to work readiness.
Do you have a vacancy? Local employers are invited to post their vacancies on the My Future Workforce Platform and be found by the many registered local jobseekers actively seeking work. It is a RFEE service and has been built to save employers time and effort to match the best applicants for the role.

Welcome to our new Pathways Officer - Stuart Smith
RDAMNC would like to introduce our new Pathways Officer – Stuart Smith
As an academic Stuart took an industry-facing approach and has been committed to ensuring research is translated into ‘real world’ applications. He has developed a number of innovative digital solutions for provision of health, aged and disability service provision and is an advocate for the development of knowledge economy-based industries in regional Australia.
Stuart and his family have been members of the mid coast communities for over a decade and brings to the Pathways Officer role his enthusiasm and commitment to social and economic development of the region. As part of his role Stuart will be connecting with local employers to introduce RDAMNC’s recently launched employment platform – My Future Workforce.
