READY, SET, GO IN THE MNC, MENTAL HEALTH CHECKUP FOR BUSINESS, IT'S NOT OVER AT 50 AND MORE....

Ready, Set, Go @ The Music Station - RDAMNC worked alongside several local music industry professionals to develop the first Ready, Set, Go program. The program engaged ten young people who learned a range of music industry and performance skills. While workshops were initially planned for delivery in Macksville, the workshop coordinators quickly pivoted when the Covid-19 lockdown commenced taking the program online. This attracted students from other communities throughout the region such as Kempsey and Taree. The program had a range of outcomes from engaging young people, providing an alternate learning environment (particularly during Covid) and teaching a range of soft skills (which are highly sought after by employers) and creative industries skills, enabling the music industry professionals to continue working online. The program will run again later in the year. For further information please contact Kerry directly via EMAIL or join the Facebook page: HERE
