Is wellbeing an economic indicator?

January is just about done and dusted, the kids are back in school this week, it's certainly time to get back to work. Are you ready? Perhaps you've been back for a while.

At RDAMNC we have made an organisational commitment to the wellbeing of our team and what better time to learn about organisational wellbeing than the start of the year? We'd like to invite you to join us for a workshop next week with Thea O'Connor to explore what wellbeing looks like in your organisation and to form an action plan for the year ahead. More details here

Wellbeing has serious economic implications (just think about how productive you were (read weren't) when you were last unwell). In fact, return on investment on workplace wellbeing is at least $2.50 for every $1 spent.
