Can your business assist young people in our region?

I know you have a busy day ahead so if you can spare just a moment I'd like to tell you about how you can get involved in two of our key projects - the Blueprint for Youth Pathways platform and also the North Coast Skills Audit.

If you can do just one thing to help your community today I highly urge you to register for the platform for free at and encourage others to do the same.

With youth unemployment in parts of our region still over 20% we really need to work together to enable change. (thanks in advance)

Skills Audit update

It's time to update our region's Skills Audit - in 2019 RDAMNC has partnered with RDA Northern Rivers to identify the skills gaps across the broader region.

To take part in the survey click here.

Results from the 2017 audit showed that 50% of respondents indicated skill levels were currently unfulfilled across all sectors on the Mid North Coast region.

Key findings also revealed impacts on the future of business, and these included the need for a workforce that had the ability to use technology effectively, to innovate, and to respond to customer needs.

The 2017 survey has informed training providers, employers and decision makers across the region in a range of activities. To access the report click here

We appreciate your time and support - the survey link again is here
