RDAMNC and Business NSW - Mobile Office Initiative - 2020
My Future Workforce - Are you an employer, jobseeker or service provider in the Mid North Coast? It’s time to register…
The collaborative initiative between RDAMNC and Business NSW gave the opportunity for locals to connect with Business NSW Regional Manager Kellon Beard and RDAMNC CEO Kerry Grace to discuss ideas and issues. We travelled across the region with our "Mobile Office" visiting Urunga, Kempsey, Bowraville, Sawtell, Dorrigo, Taree, Woolgoolga and Wauchope. The initiative was a great success, connecting with community to hear their ideas and hopes for the region. Kerry Grace, CEO of RDAMNC and Business NSW Regional Manager Kellon Beard would like to thank everyone who took the time to speak with them over the last few months.
Hospitality Employment - Businesses within the hospitality industry across the MNC are facing critical challenges in attracting staff. Working in the hospitality industry provides a great opportunity for school leavers especially as the need for staff increases during the busy summer period. School leavers are encouraged to approach local cafes, restaurants and clubs to register their interest as now is the time that they are starting to look for staff. Don't forget, if you are a school leaver sign up to MFW to be alerted about jobs - HERE and if your are a business owner and have a vacancy there is information below about how to post a position for free.
My Future Workforce has been designed to pivot the way employment works in the North Coast and to truly identify and enable employment mechanisms that start with employers and work back to work readiness.
Do you have a vacancy? Local employers are invited to post their vacancies on the My Future Workforce Platform and be found by the many registered local jobseekers actively seeking work. It is a FREE service and has been built to save employers time and effort to match the best applicants for the role.
