Squash cake sort-of counts as a vegetable

My littles aren't too keen on the orange vegetables. But they'll eat this sweet spoonbread-ish, souffle-ish side dish we call "squash cake." So I give them half credit for a veggie serving and will extend the same courtesy to you.  Get the recipe here.
