FREE handwashing! We're setting up extra stations to help accommodate all the extra hand washing these days
There will be no admission charge (however HAY CREEK VALLEY HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION will ask for a donation upon entry to help support the restoration and preservation efforts of the site).
All parking will be onsite (no shuttle bus service this year).
Visitors and volunteers will be required to wash / sanitize their hands at the festival gate.
Hand sanitizing stations will be set up at various booths to help ensure cleanliness. All outside vendors will be asked to provide hand sanitizing bottles at their booth.
Face masks will be required at the gate area and for all sales transactions at vendor's booths where close contact is a necessity.
Everyone will be required to social distance at the event.
There will not be any of the traditional children’s activities as in previous years (hay rides, pony rides, face painting, etc.) However, families can reserve a time to make a scarecrow at the event or can purchase a kit to take home. to reserve a time slot to make a scarecrow email Tammy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Historic buildings will also remain closed at the event.
