We had the joy of performing LIVE to a small, socially-distanced audience at Marchmont Street Community Centre last month for the Bloomsbury Festival's "Festival in a Box" project. Photos below with Vivien Conacher (mezzo-soprano), Peter Edge (baritone), and Berrak Dyer (pianist) sharing a programme of favourite songs.
We also teamed up for the first time with the wonderful Family Volunteering Club on their mission to connect with ‘offline’ Lambeth and Southwark residents through art and performance. This project was in partnership with MYsocial Age UK Lambeth, supported by Comic Relief’s Community Fund and involved an afternoon of socially-distanced door-stop performances. The residents (many of whom who were shielding or self-isolating) were also also given artworks made by local children from Coin Street Nursery. Further info about this project hereand below.

A huge congratulations to our dear friend Nazan Fikret (pictured right) for her critically acclaimed appearance as The Queen of the Night in Mozart's The Magic Flute for Glyndebourne Festival Opera. We are so lucky to have Nazan as a regular artist for the Songhaven concert series, and also as the manager of our Care Concerts performance scheme in care homes. She is a truly world-class artist, and although the run of shows at Glyndebourne was cut short due to the national lockdown, this won't be the last we hear from this star in the making! Congratulations, Nazan!
