President's Corner

On January 17th, there was a brief Local Section Update and a great presentation on "Developing a Strong Safety Culture" by our local Saint Louis ASSP President Dennis Piven from Aegion Corporation. The presentation was followed by an amazing discussion around what our companies are currently doing to influence a focused driven safety culture, some challenges that have been faced and the benefits that have developed from introducing certain safety programs that influence an "all-in" effort.

On February 21st, we have Col. Chris Burgoyne speaking on the NFPA 70E – Hazards, Compliance, and PPE at McCormick & Schmick's.
