We are still reveling in the success - on every level - of our 10th Birthday Party this past Sunday!
We're so grateful to every who joined us to celebrate and especially to those, with us in person or in spirit, who made the event possible, whether as volunteers, donors, or both. As Executive Director Jenna Andelman stated in her remarks:
"For a decade, New England Justice for Our Neighbors has been able to serve hundreds of clients because of our network of committed volunteers, expert attorneys, dedicated Board members, and steadfast supporters. I especially want to thank the many people who have volunteered their time over the past 10 years. We simply would not exist without volunteers answering phones, translating, staffing clinics, providing pro bono professional skills, serving on our Board - and, of course, organizing the events, such as this one, that allow us to keep our doors open year after year."

We hope our readers will join us in thanking the volunteers who made Sunday's party possible:
Lee Carpenter * Rev. Jinwoo Chun * Betsy Comstock * Hyeweon Hwang * Adelina Janiak
Jacob Joffe * Sharon Jones * Hilary Kopp * Peggy Mikkola * Mark Milton * Gerry Missal
Ruth Oduor * Lynne Osborn * Kris Osborne * Quince Papanastassiou * Linda Rodi
Lynn Rodman * Rev. Carlos Samuel Reyes Rodriguez * Melissa Rollins

And now we are pleased to share the total amount raised in honor of our first decade of service:
$12,300
This amount, well over our goal of $10,000, will fund more than a month of legal services to immigrants seeking humanitarian visas and a better future. Thank you to everyone who donated; we are so grateful!
We would especially like to acknowledge the following sponsors and major donors for their support of this event and our mission:
Ben's Construction, Inc. * Idylwilde Farm. Inc. * Scheier Katin & Epstein, P.C. * Bakehaus
