Spring represents renewal, as we continue on with our collective retreat, the sunny skies remind us to peep out of our shells and explore our potential. There’s no need to rush it, listen to your own rhythm, listen to your heart.

Women’s Circle Strength/Balance/Relaxation
3 half hour virtual classes focusing on strength (standing poses & core), balance (cross brain stimulation), relaxation (complete yoga nidra/sleep/deep meditation). I’m offering these classes as a package for $10, that’s $3.33 each. Three consecutive Saturdays May 2nd, 9th, 16th 10:00am-10:30am. You get to keep the video recording to support your home practice.
I’d love to share GCF Yoga with you, if you were enrolled in the March/April series, you’re welcome to use the credit into these 30 mins classes. April 26th, May 3rd, May 10th, May 17th, May 24th, May 31st. $20 for all six virtual classes. No recordings.

Women’s Circle Chakras
Purchase three 30 minutes classes on female pelvic floor (root/sacral chakras), breast health (heart chakra), and mental health (crown chakra & 3rd eye). Involves gentle movements, hand mudras, and restorative poses.
