I'm thrilled about the slow re-opening, but at this time, until everyone has their full vaccinations (2 shots) I will continue the live classes on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays until after the summer. Fingers crossed for September in person classes Bonnie Henry permitting. Meahwhile, I've created a Yoga Video Library with amazing content. I have over 180 classes in the back burner that will be added here, from Prenatal to Core, Women Circle to Yin and Restorative.
