California programs highlighted in ACEEE’s Fourth National Review of Exemplary Energy Efficiency Programs
ACEEE - Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) Multifamily, PG&E LED Accelerator and California Youth Energy Services, and SCE/SCG Water and Energy Efficiency programs were selected by ACEEE's independent expert advisory panel as top programs.
Energy efficiency jobs in America
E2 - Energy efficiency added the most new jobs of the entire energy sector. Its workers now outnumber elementary and middle school teachers and are nearly double those in U.S. law enforcement. There are over 310,000 EE jobs in California alone.
