California Energy Commission - The ordinances focus on building decarbonization – the strategic lowering of climate-changing emissions from buildings – including five that move toward building electrification.
NRDC - The CPUC recently voted unanimously to cut dangerous pollution when it approved a decision to invest in a statewide initiative to fund innovative and early-stage solutions to reduce energy waste with the goal of them becoming widely available to all Californians.

CPUC - Pursuant to California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Decision 18-05-041 Ordering Paragraph 32, utility program administrators held a webinar on October 29, 2019 to solicit comments and feedback from stakeholders for the competitive solicitation for California’s Analysis Tool for Locational Energy Assessment (CATALENA). At the webinar, there were discussions of issuing a survey to obtain additional information and feedback. A survey has been developed based upon webinar discussions and subsequent comments received (see link below). Survey responses will be used to inform the scope of the competitive solicitation. Please respond by January 17, 2020.
