FAQs for tomorrow:
1- students do NOT need to bring a stand
2- Philharmonic does NOT have to arrive in concert dress for the rehearsal, but must be in concert dress by the 4:30 call time.
3- If a Philharmonic student is going to leave during the break, a parent must come to the security backstage door to sign out their student. Students must be checked back in by 4:30pm
4- Symphony Orchestra students SHOULD arrive in their concert dress for the rehearsal
5- Families do NOT need to purchase tickets for students
6- The concert will be video recorded and you will receive information in the coming weeks about purchasing a downloadable version of the concert.
7- If you have a last minute situation, please email your orchestra manager. You can also text the IYO main number 317-912-0547.
8- Parents, you can pick up any t-shirt and merchandise orders at the table in the lobby before the concert or during intermission. The table will not be open after the concert.
