Demanding Accountability:

Successful campaigns fighting for the public interest require collaboration from technical, social advocacy, and legal experts. In this seminar/webinar an environmental economist (Stanton), a clean energy advocate (Gibbons), and an public interest lawyer (Ismay) will discuss their work holding industry and government accountable for their decisions, using examples from recent regulatory and legal proceedings in Massachusetts and around the country on climate change, and other environmental equity issues.
The Applied Economics Clinic is a non-profit consulting group providing expert services to advocacy groups, and training for the next generation of experts. The Clinic is house at Tufts University's Global Development and Environment Institute.
