Turns out giving employees autonomy and ownership is good for business

This one is from an HR perspective, but the meat is good: T-Mobile changed up their call centers to give their staffers a specific group of people to support and holding them accountable for results in their own teams. It's a really dope thing that, as Kris Dunn notes, probably could have been thought up by anyone who was really trying.
