forloop Weekly

Hey friend!
Happy Sunday and welcome to the month of September!
Nothing like an -ember month to remind us that we're winding down to the end of the year.
If you've built something this year, make sure to give us a shout and we'll feature your project/tool in the newsletter. If you haven't, you have 3 months and 29 days to give it a go. I believe in you!

On to other stuff;

- Typescript 3.6 has been released. Features in the new version include stricter generators, a more accurate array spread, better unicode support for identifiers, and more. Check out the release notes to learn more.

- Looking forward to attending an amazing developer conference this year? Concatenate Conference 2019 is the one. If you enjoyed the conference in 2018, then brace yourself for an even bigger outing this year, as the organizers are expanding to Kenya.
The conference's Call For Sponsors is out, and you can donate toward the conference as an individual or organization here. Find more information here.

- If you're getting into Golang, and would like more practical implementations of the language, check out Stephen Afam-Osemene's How to Implement an Event-driven System in Go.

- JAMstack Lagos 2.0 will be taking place on the 14th of September, 2019. Check out the speakers who will be at the meetup. If you're yet to register for the event, save your seat now.
