For people with disabilities, Medicaid is more than just health insurance. It’s the primary provider of services like personal care attendants to help people get dressed, eat, and use the bathroom. Without it, people would be forced into nursing homes or institutions instead of getting the support they need to live on their own terms, in their own homes and communities.

People with disabilities deserve better than this. Everyone does.

A few weeks ago, your calls and actions helped delay the vote on the original Senate bill. We can do that again, but it’s going to mean fighting even harder than before -- because a vote can happen as soon as next week.

We must do everything we can to make sure that this bill does not pass. Attend a People Power event near you today!
