Meeting with a Concern for Racial Justice: Sunday @ 9:30am

Friends met at the end of September to consider our Meeting's work in moving toward Racial Justice. At that gathering Friends committed to the following actions:
  • Placing signs outside the Meetinghouse that express solidarity
  • Supporting our Little Free Library with books by Black, Indigenous, Latinx, AAPI, LGBTQIA+ and other under-represented authors
  • Holding a Writing Table to contact legislators about issues of racial and social justice
  • Holding a Meeting with a Concern for Racial Justice on the last Sunday of the month to continue the work of becoming an antiracist community
Our next gathering will be this Sunday, October 31 at 9:30am to continue our discernment and think about what might be next.
