YWCA Race Against Racism
Support the York Quakers team!

For the fourth year now, York Friends Meeting is pleased to have a team for the YWCA Race Against Racism.

The YWCA believes the mission must go on! Runners and walkers will participate in the VIRTUAL Race Against Racism by running or walking a distance of 5K or 3.1 miles between April 17 and April 24. This can be done wherever you are - on a treadmill, on a Rail Trail path, around a track, or in your neighborhood!

Then, participants will share how they support our mission of peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all by posting a photo on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, tagging YWCA York, and using the hashtag #YorkRAR.

Proceeds benefit YWCA York's Racial Justice program. They'll share route ideas, fundraising tips, music playlists, and more in the weeks leading up to the race!

To donate or to register, click here and you'll be taken directly to the York Quakers fundraising page.
