Why is DCMS needed?

It’s rare to have the ability to be creative and even harder to create and sustain full-time employment which is the dream that so many people hold.

DCMS was created as a bridge to that longevity and sustaining music careers through community engagement, networking opportunities, and our annual summit. Which will help musicians and supporting industry professionals to develop strong relationships and skills needed to launch and reinforce their careers.

What We’re Funding:

Our Office Space—DCMS needs a home. Costs are high, but DCMS knows our community is worth fighting for a space is needed to continue to connect our community, reach our community and facilitate support to our community.

Admin Support- There is a lot of work to be done and we want don't our efforts to go unnoticed! We need to hire administrative support for our day-to-day operations to include email follow-up, scheduling, project planning, fundraising management, logistics, website updates, direct marketing, and keeping our nonprofit documentation and books organized and up to date.

Receiving funding by March 30th will help us to better serve our community!
