Here's today's #17MinutesForMe challenge - why don’t you lace up your trainers and join me? If you'd prefer to just go for a 17-minute walk today, that's great too.
1) Warm up for a few minutes, walking/running outdoors or on the spot
2) 30 seconds of high knees (at walking pace, for an easier option)
3) Try a plank for 30-45 seconds, or whatever you can manage! (Try this on your knees for an easier option)
4) Do as many star jumps as you can in 30 seconds/1 minute (Take out the jump and just step out to the side for an easier option)
5) Break, and repeat!
If you’d like to try the seated activity, you’ll find it here. And if you'd like to make your challenge more difficult, try doing longer intervals of high knees, or reducing recovery time between intervals.
