I’ll finish the week by popping round to my Nan’s place and mowing her lawn.
For today's #17MinutesForMe challenge, you could do someone’s hoovering, wash a car, clean the windows or anything else you can think of to help someone else!
It feels great to do a little exercise, and also make someone’s day.
You could also add some running or star jumps to your 17 minutes - just to get the heartrate going! And if you'd rather take a #17Minute walk or run, or try another activity, that's great too.
