Your weekend challenge

Hi <<First Name>>!

I'm Nick Bright, Radio 1Xtra DJ, and I've been your #17MinutesForMe team leader this week. The week's challenges have been all about giving back to others, while getting active at the same time. You've all been AMAZING! 

I don't know about you, but I can really feel the difference that getting active and giving back makes. It's brilliant for our mental and physical wellbeing.

Cheeky wall squats at the office!

I’ll finish the week by popping round to my Nan’s place and mowing her lawn.

For today's #17MinutesForMe challenge, you could do someone’s hoovering, wash a car, clean the windows or anything else you can think of to help someone else!

It feels great to do a little exercise, and also make someone’s day. 

You could also add some running or star jumps to your 17 minutes - just to get the heartrate going! And if you'd rather take a #17Minute walk or run, or try another activity, that's great too.
