Here it is...  L'Amuse News September 2019.  
This month, I share photos of wild mushroom picking in Chamonix - transforming them into a beautiful fricassé which I served with homemade tagliatelle, chopped tarragon and parsley.  I've included a delicious recipe for Spinach and Walnut Cake - which you can serve as a canape or with a cheese course.  I also feature a super duper kitchen gadget that I couldn't live without.

RECIPE:  Spinach and Walnut Cake
120g chopped fresh spinach
3 eggs
100g chopped walnuts
100ml olive oil
80ml milk
180g self raising flour
75g grated cheddar
Salt & pepper

Whisk the eggs with the olive oil.  Add the milk, then the flour, chopped spinach, cheese and nuts.  Season with salt and pepper.  Put the mixture into one or two loaf tins.  Cook for 35 mins at 180 degrees.  
The Spinach and Walnut Cake is a delicious accompaniment for smoked salmon and scrambled eggs too!
