Our Annual General Meeting will go ahead online. We all love the social part of these meetings, but the world we live in means we have to do this meeting virtually.

We will soon send more details on the agenda and how to register.

This is the most important GLOBE meeting of the year, so we hope you can make it.

Roundtable: questions sur la PMA?

In Q1 2022, GLOBE plans to hold an event on the recent changes in the right to procreation médicalement assistée (PMA) for unmarried women and couples consisting of women in France. To inform our planning of the event, it would be great to hear about any questions that you might have on PMA! Please feel free to submit your questions via email to globe@oecd.org, and let us know if you want to get involved!

DSG Knudsen to meet with GLOBE

OECD Gender and Diversity Champion Ulrik Knudsen will consult with members of GLOBE in mid-January to dialogue about perceptions of diversity in the OECD, and how diversity can be further enhanced in the Organisation. GLOBE will keep members informed as information about the date and participation is finalised. Please contact us at globe@oecd.org if you have any further questions.

Djaïda Kassa: Departure of a founding member

GLOBE was founded in 2001 by four dedicated colleagues, of which two still work at the OECD. One of these founding members, Djaïda Kassa in HRM, is now leaving the Organisation for a well-deserved retirement. We would like to thank Djaïda for the support that she has shown, notably contributing to the decision to grant parental leave to a staff member in a same-sex couple for the first time in 2006. We also remind everyone that GLOBE membership is always open to current and former OECD staff!

All GLOBE memberships expire every year on 31 December. If you have not yet renewed your membership then please do so now!
