Leading Women is a transformational leadership program that blends personal leadership development with enriching debates about gender diversity. The program is designed to equip women with the tools they need in order to enhance their influence and impact for greater success in their current assignments – and to maneuver their careers in the desired direction.

The goal of the program is twofold:

1. To support major companies that have made gender diversity a strategic priority. As a part of their investment in building up a pipeline of talents, they offer employees participation at the Leading Women Program.

2. Secondly, the aim is to power up and inspire women and support their leadership by addressing contemporary challenges that women face when transitioning to a higher management level.

Sara Louise Muhr

Sara Louise Muhr is a Professor and PhD at Copenhagen Business School. Sara will spend the first day of the programme introducing you to her research. She enables you to understand the challenges and obstacles that prevent women’s leadership competencies from being recognised and rewarded in organisations –
and to develop both individual and organisational strategies to overcome gender bias.

Lani Bannach

Lani Bannach is one of Denmark’s most successful international business women with a multinational track record from the financial services industry. She has strong academic credentials combined with more than 30 years of senior management experience. Lani will spend half a day focusing on how to expand your personal career development toolbox and enhance your business influence. She will also share some of her own experiences of advancing in a predominantly man’s world.

Roxana Kia

Roxana Kia is one of Denmark’s most sought-after executive coaches and trainers. Roxana will spend 1,5 days with you, using her direct, hands-on, challenging, and experiential approach to strengthen your authentic leadership and communication.

You will gain insights into the archetypical masculine and feminine drivers in leadership and tools to increase strength and clarity when challenged. Roxana will also take you through a number of communication exercises to strengthen your integrity, authenticity, trust-building, and influence as a leader.
