BTTC is back with limited play 🏓

As you all will know, Brighton and Hove has been placed in Tier 2 from Wednesday 2nd December. Therefore, we are able to resume some limited play at the club as well as our new venues at Stanford Avenue and Portland Road and will be able to continue our work with schools. Since it is still restricted, we will continue the same timetable of sessions that we had in October.

Please email to book a session.

The People's Game 🌟

Resident photographer and BTTC Legend Alexis Maryon's new book, The People's Game, documents over 3 years of table tennis at the club and beyond.

The book features players and volunteers, special guests and staff from the club and outreach sessions, perfectly captured in all table tennis's colourful and fun glory!

Pre-order a copy now for just £10 by contacting Charlie on Books will be available to pick up from the club next week.

Good Neighbours 🎄

We are so grateful to some of our neighbours for their generous contributions to our Food Hub this Christmas.

Just around the corner from the club in Kemptown, the Old Bank restaurant is donating 100 goulash and baked potato meals in the week before Christmas, half of which will be available on Christmas Eve as a delicious festive feast.

Nearby, Hanover & Beyond, the community campaign raising funds and donations to provide essential and locally sourced food hampers, have promised the BTTC hub over 50 of the hampers they create which will be such a treat too.

St John the Baptist school pupils are also kindly collecting for toiletries and other goodies to put in our food hub boxes at this time.

St John the Baptist parishioners have also helped the hub to extend the hours, by volunteering to ensure that the hub can be open between 12.30 and 2.30 every Sunday afternoon for the time being.

Thanks so much to everyone for their generosity. It is great to have such good neighbours.
