Join Auroch Digital and the Bristol Games Hub at the new Coop Mode space on Thursday 30th June at 7:00pm, as they present two talks filled to the brim with essential information for game developers, and another to discuss neurodiversity.
Talks will start at 7:30pm.
In the first talk, Nina Adams, Auroch Digital Ops Director, and Producer of our latest game announcement, Boltgun, gives practical tips on what to look for and what to avoid when signing a game development deal with a publisher. Nina will talk through tips and advice that Auroch Digital has learned over more than 10 years of signing and developing games with various publishers. Nina will go through her experiences of working on multiple projects, including taking Auroch Digital’s latest exciting announcement from it's first pitch, all the way through to partnership relations during development. WARNING!! May include some project war stories!! Using this example, Nina will highlight areas you can improve your pitching, and classic things to look for, so you can avoid getting into a bad deal that could put your project, or even your studio, at risk.

Our second talk, conducted by Auroch Digital UI/UX Director, Alix Briskham, will discuss why you should choose a UI role and tips for what to do when applying for an art and/or UI/UX job, including portfolio work.
Hannah Corcoran, one of our Producers at Auroch Digital, will also remotely join to discuss neurodiversity, an increasingly important topic in society.
So, if you're looking to land a deal or a job, you won't want to miss this event!
See you there!
