Games Industry Census
Please if you haven't already, fill this census in as it really helps them know where the industry is and how it's doing. Lots of games companies have already filled it in.
What is the census?
The first UK Games Industry census was a landmark analysis of diversity in the industry. It provided the most authoritative profile of the demographic make-up of the industry's workforce.
The census is a fully anonymous survey. It is quick and easy to participate in, taking less than ten minutes to complete, and every response helps us build a better picture of the industry.

What's new this year?
We've expanded the census to ask further questions in a couple of additional areas, with widened focus on working patterns and access needs. This will improve the scope of the data and give us a more nuanced and detailed picture of how the industry looks today.
Why is the census important?
Collecting this data and comparing it to figures from other sectors, national datasets and previous censuses has huge implications for tracking and improving Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the games sector.
This helps us to understand true picture of EDI in the UK games industry, helping the entire industry see the areas where it can progress and opportunities to celebrate work done so far.
