February 22, 2023 – The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be closing at 5 p.m. tonight, February 22, due to poor weather conditions.

The Midland Police Department has advised residents to avoid all unnecessary travel. If you must travel, please reduce speeds and exercise extreme caution.
