While a collection start date has not yet been set, residents in all areas can begin to rake their leaves to the street at this time.

What's Up in the City!: Permits & Fees, Midland City Modern Updates
At the October 10 City Council meeting, Council held its first reading of an ordinance change to increase permit fees and heard an update on the Master Plan process.
