All of us are surrounded by bad news, day after day. Negativity. It seems to come from everywhere!

It can engulf us and push us off track. It is natural and normal to find ourselves from time to time below the Joy Line in the Land of Negativity! The problem is not finding ourselves there, it is when we get stuck there that we lose out.

So how can you correct the situation?
  1. Aware. Realize you’re there. In negativity. When you feel that familiar feeling of being dragged down by bad news and negative people, become aware, so that you can get ready to overcome.
  2. Kill. Stop the negativity at its source. If it is the news that drags you down, stop tuning in or find more reliable sources. Stop hanging out with negative people. Kill negative self-talk. This is not rocket science, my friends!
  3. Feed. Find the positive. Feed your soul. Celebrate the good. Hang out with positive people – there are tons and tons of them around, you just have to find them. Most importantly: Be one of them!
