We are delighted to inform you that Prime Minister Jüri Ratas agreed to meet FICE members on Monday 18th January at 15.30 online.
Dear member of the Norwegian-Estonian Chamber of Commerce,
We have all endured the year 2020 with significant changes in how we perform our business and how we live our private lives. Hopefully, 2021 will be the year where we are able to revert to what we consider normal again. NECC intends to still provide value for our members with interesting events, business environment information, and opportunities for establishing new connections.
The new management board now consist of six dedicated members. After the extraordinary general assembly in December 2020 and election of new board members, the board internally agreed to give the chairmanship to Joar Terjesen, and Argo Saul is again appointed as a vice-chairman, ensuring both new spirits and legacy in the key positions within the board.
Another change will occur in 2021 as Annely Särglep has decided not to continue as Executive Director of NECC as of January 2021. We are all thankful for the contributions made by Annely over the last few years and wish her all the best in new endeavours.
The board is now opening a new position as ‘General Manager of NECC’. We intend to fill this position with a highly motivated individual that can assist in the further development of our chamber and contribute with new ideas to increase NECC’s value for you as a member. The board will formally announce this vacancy within 15th January 2021 on our webpages. Please encourage any suitable candidates to apply.
Within the first quarter of 2021, the board will initiate the execution of our new strategy and we will keep you all informed via our web pages, newsletters and social media.
In challenging times is the best to stay united, we will do our very best that your membership continues to yield value and supports our members' growth. We hope for your continuing membership in 2021.
Best regards the NECC Management board
Joar Terjesen | Argo Saul | Virve Jõgeva | Paal Aschjem | Martin Pedersen | Jaanus Stern
