Dear member of NECC!

Following up on the request made at the general meeting held last week is attached digital version of the print out of “A review of the Norwegian Aksjeselkap and Estonian Osaühing”  handed out at the general meeting of 10 December. The document is meant for the benefit of the members of NECC in order to give a brief overview of selected similarities and differences between the Norwegian Aksjeselskap and Estonian Osaühing.
