Hello T-REXers,

On June 1st, we will begin a limited re-opening of our 5th floor and coworking space. To reduce the spread of COVID-19 and continue to serve our community, we have compiled a comprehensive Phase I Reopening Plan for T-REX. These Phase I policies are being initiated for the safety and security of our members, tenants, and guests, while also ensuring that all building users comply with the requirements and protective measures outlined in the City of St. Louis Health Commissioner's Order #8. All people entering T-REX will need to respect and abide by these policies. We thank you for understanding the importance of these measures as our City works to restart responsibly.
Phase I Reopening Plan for T-REX
On Tues. May 26th at 10:30am, we will host a virtual community meeting to discuss these policies in-depth with T-REX members. Please respond to this email if you need any assistance with joining the virtual meeting.

All the Best,
T-REX Staff

MASKS REQUIRED

As of May 18th, all persons entering the T-REX building are required to wear masks in any public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, elevator lobbies, restrooms, and any common gathering spaces. Please note, according to City of St. Louis Phase I Reopening & Standards Guidance, all employers are expected to provide masks for their employees. The City is providing FREE masks to small businesses to assist with this requirement - request your free Healthy Restart Pack here.

MAINTAIN DISTANCE

Be respectful of other people's personal space. All T-REXers will need to stay at least 6 feet apart. This means only one person in an elevator at a time and to be extra courteous in hallways, stairwells, and restrooms. The mailroom is also limited to one person at a time (still open weekdays 10am-1pm). Coworking Conference Rooms will remain closed until June 1, and any private team meetings must be limited to under 10 people.

We will continue to extensively sanitize common areas and high-touch spaces, but please be sure to sanitize your own private workspaces throughout the day and keep washing those hands! ✨ 🧼

STAY HOME IF SICK

Please stay home if you are feeling ill in any way. Do you have a cough? Feeling feverish? Do you feel short of breath or are you having difficulty breathing in a way that is not normal for you? If so, stay home and contact a health professional immediately. Employers are expected by the City to establish daily protocols to evaluate employee health, and can use this Employee Health Screening Form to help screen staff.

If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and you have been present at T-REX, please inform T-REX administration so that we can take the proper steps to notify our constituency and work with local health authorities to respond accordingly.

Even if you are feeling healthy, vulnerable populations, including those over 65 and/or individuals at high risk of illness should stay at home as much as possible, and everyone should still utilize telework wherever feasible.

Thank you for helping to keep our T-REX community safe and healthy!
