2 City of La Crosse Police Officers assigned to WHNA for Community Engagement

The City of La Crosse Police Department is expanding their neighborhood resource officer footprint in the City by assigning 2 patrol level officers to the WHNA neighborhood. One of the officers works days and one works nights. They will be attending our neighborhood meetings to hear our concerns and update us on any initiatives impacting our neighborhood. The officers are Jesse Cotto and Alex Scray. If you were at our Neighbor’s Night Out you may have met Alex as he attended. So, if you have issues you’d like to bring to their attention, or are interested in an update from the Police Dept. be sure to attend the WHNA general meetings on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30. They are virtual so just go to whnalax.org, click on “Join the Meeting” and follow the prompts!

Our Hogan Garden is retiring.  Many thanks to the diligent weeders and waterers for making this year's garden a success! We will continue to monitor any future interest in bringing the garden back to life. It was a welcome activity during our CoVid times, but as things return to normal, our lives have become too active for further additional interests. You can register any comments on the garden at http://whnalax.org.
