Bonjour Everyone!

Mandy et Jonathan Chew ici:)

Happy end of May and for those in the United States, Happy Memorial Day! We're 147 days into the year!

We wanted to share a really cool lesson that we learned from the Hello Monday the new LinkedIn career podcast which says -- When you ask people to rank anything from 1-10, including yourself, ask them to
removethe number 7, and that means if you choose between 6 (barely pass) or 8 (strong encouragement)the choice is much easier.

You can use this to judge work, designs, work, writing, feedback, in restaurants when asking to rank an entrée, it's incredible how much clearer the
signal becomes when you make this one change.

That's it for now, enjoy the rest of May!
