We hope you've had a wonderful month. They say that April showers bring May flowers and we are wishing for the most beautiful flowers to bloom in your life, whatever they might be. We, and maybe all of humanity, are in a new state of flowering and transformation.
April is one of the two months that start with 'A' so it's also a good month to check the "Agreements" that you've made with yourself and take the opportunity to change them. Agreements such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'll never be able to do that" can subconsciously affect us more than we think.
1. Be impeccable w/ your word
2. Don't take anything personally
3. Don't make assumptions
4. Always do your best
Be creative! You can create the future self you want to be and then check in with yourself during the next 'A' month in August!
As Eckhart Tolle says in his book, A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose, "You do not become good by trying to be good, but by finding the goodness that is already within you and allowing that goodness to emerge."

"What makes you different or weird, that's your strength!" ~Meryl Streep
"I got people dressing up like farmers and bringing in $5," Jack Berne said. "Now we've raised 1.8 million dollars. Everyone loves a dress up day, especially if it's for a good cause — and the farmers were really needing the money."
The Atlantic will host a live event that explores the human hold on happiness—and aims to find ways to build a more meaningful life.
The event will consider happiness and relationships; the role of spirituality; how social media and other technology are affecting our happiness; and the ways in which a year of social isolation has reframed our understanding of a lasting sense of joy.
Here's to a safe and happy year ahead!
