Mandy and I decided to try our hand at making a podcast. We were heavily influenced by one of our favorite podcasts that our friend Camille referred us to called Off Book: The Improvised Musical. Sophrology is a series of quick and effective mind/body exercises to relax, focus and move through life's challenges with ease. Mandy just discovered this a few weeks ago and it's been interesting to learn about!
