Weekly Grace Notes

December 24, 2020

Merry Blessed CHRISTmas!

God, our Creator, we offer this humble prayer on Christmas Day.
We come to worship with a song of thanks in our hearts—a song of redemption, a song of hope and renewal.
We pray for joy in our hearts, hope in our God, love to forgive, and peace upon the earth.
We ask for the salvation of all our family members and friends, and we pray your blessings on all people.
May there be bread for the hungry, love for the unlovable, healing for the sick, protection for our children, and wisdom for our youth.
We pray for the forgiveness of sinners and abundant life in Christ.
Holy Spirit, fill our hearts with your love and power.
In the powerful, wonderful, and might name of Jesus Christ we pray.
Amen.

Sermon Notes for Sun, Dec. 27, 2020

We know that _________ death and life are in the power of the tongue. (Prov 18:21)

By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. Heb 11:3

While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Cor 4:18

For if by the one man's offense death reigned through the one (Adam), much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Rom 5:17

Matt 18:

18 "Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

19 "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."

Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven. NAS
