Revealing the findings of our new pet owner survey |

Today, we have launched the findings of a new survey of pet owners from the USA, UK, France and Brazil, in partnership with Pegasus. The results highlight secondary impacts on pet care as a result of Covid-19.
One in four pet owners said they had delayed or missed appointments because of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the survey also revealed how veterinarians around the world are rising to the challenge of helping pet owners to keep up with routine animal healthcare despite restrictions. An increasing number of veterinary practices are offering telemedicine and digital consultations, with positive levels of pet owner satisfaction reported in our survey.
