Beyond grateful to receive the new MBAG Emerald Award, which recognizes individuals that have 100+ Million in production. I also feel so honored to be recognized as one of the top 10 loan originators in the state of Georgia and to have received the MBAG 10 Year Award in recognition of 10 consecutive years of Gold Award status! This accomplishment only inspires me to push further and do more. It makes me beyond happy that my team and I get to play a small part in our client’s home journey. This spring brings a less competitive for buyers than last year, with higher home prices and interest rates moderating demand. Available housing is still in low supply, giving sellers an advantage. Homes are spending less time on the market than in previous years. New home builders are working hard to increase supply despite the increased cost of building materials. The pandemic prompted many remote workers to seek more versatile spaces, and homes continue to be their sanctuaries.
