We are starting to see the market finally stabilize! The bidding wars seem to be easing up with 4-5 competing offers on the table instead of 10-15. However, houses are still selling fast. Renters who are ready to buy should pull the trigger now instead of playing the waiting game. With the housing prices starting to drop and the mortgage rates increasing, renters might find it helpful to buy now and refinance in a couple of years. 

However, prices are forecasted to continue to increase through 2022 so if you’re looking to buy, be ready. With rent prices on the incline as well, it makes more sense than ever to purchase a house.
