With the housing prices starting to drop and the mortgage rates increasing, renters might find it helpful to buy now and refinance in a couple of years. 

However, prices are forecasted to continue to increase through 2022 so if you’re looking to buy, be ready. With rent prices on the incline as well, it makes more sense than ever to purchase a house.
