Hi Friend,
A few weeks ago today, I was in Charleston, SC at our annual company awards! After some time of reflection, let me start by saying dreams do come true! It seems like yesterday that I was flying to Michigan to meet with the owner’s group of SMP to have discussions about joining their team. I had big dreams, just needed someone to believe in me, provide me the foundation to grow, and see the potential ahead. Fast forward over 6 years later and I walked across the stage as their #1 Loan officer closing over $150 million in business for our calendar year. Although that trophy has my name on it, NONE of this would be possible without the amazing team I have around me. I am so grateful they share my vision and show up each day ready to make a difference in the world. They are my family, and together we are better!
And a HUGE thank you to our team mates that chose to stay behind and keep the office moving while we were gone, you are ROCKSTARS!
To all of those that have supported me over the years, thank you will never be enough! I will continue to show up each day giving 150% to make your dreams come true!
For any of you who are out there with a dream in your heart, know it is possible and I believe in you. Will it be easy, heck no, will it be worth it heck yes! It doesn’t matter if it takes a year or ten, follow your heart and pursue that dream. You were placed on this earth to do something BIG and we all need you to do it. There is only one you, so show up!

This is awarded to someone from either the sales or operations side of the business. This person displays an uncommon commitment to work and service. The winner of this prestigious award shows daily “service-minded” leadership characteristics and is someone that everyone can count on. This individual goes above and beyond the call of duty and never seeks anything in return. This person takes nothing for granted and is relentlessly committed to the betterment of the “whole”. The winner of this award is a true leader, one who is always looking out the window at accomplishments and in the mirror during times of adversities.

An amazing person is one who does remarkable things. When a person strives to enhance the lives of others, when he focuses on empowering people, when he displays kindness, joy, and curiosity to better the world, he is an amazing person. In the summer of 2020, I was blessed to be introduced to Vince Jackson. As a professional in the mortgage business, it is everyone’s dream to build a team that shares the same vision and is committed to excellence in all they do. Vince deserves to be recognized and awarded for the exemplary work that he does each day on our team. We are better because of his hard work, determination, and perseverance to change the lives of all we come in contact with.
